On the other hand, a business lawyer (also known as an employment lawyer) is a kind of lawyer who concentrates more on the legalities involved in running a business than the economics aspect. He would argue on behalf of his clients who are being accused of misusing their company’s resources, or being inefficient at workplace performance. They are tasked to find any and all ways to defend their client against charges of fraud, breach of contract, negligence, and so on. Both these lawyers have something in common. Both are qualified lawyers. They would both attend the same undergraduate law schools. And both would then pursue the same profession in the same manner. Attorneys can either practice in the field of law where they graduated or they could even practice in the field of commerce, which requires them to get a master’s degree in business.
